1. Delivery Charges

Delivery is charged separately from the product price. The exact amount depends on the county you are delivering to and is shown to you at checkout, before you pay, once you enter your delivery address.

We do not offer free delivery. Every order carries a delivery charge between Ksh 300 and Ksh 1,500, set out in full in the table below. Nothing is added to your total after the checkout summary — the figure you approve is the figure you pay.

Delivery charges are per order, not per item. Ordering three items together costs the same in delivery as ordering one.

If your county is not listed above, the Upcountry rate of Ksh 650 applies.

3. Dispatch & Delivery Timelines

Confirmed orders are dispatched within 1 business day of payment confirmation, subject to stock availability.
The delivery estimates in the table above run from dispatch, not from the moment you place the order.
Estimates are working days and exclude Sundays and public holidays.
You receive an order confirmation by email once your order is placed. For the status of a dispatched parcel, contact us on +254 700 548 177 with your order number and we will check with the courier.

4. How Delivery Works

Nairobi: delivered by our own riders directly to the address you provide.
Outside Nairobi: delivered through Fargo Courier or G4S Kenya to the courier branch nearest you, or to your address where the courier offers door delivery.
Please keep the phone number on your order reachable — couriers call before delivery and a failed delivery attempt may delay your parcel.
Inspect your parcel on arrival. If the packaging is visibly damaged, note it with the courier before signing.

5. Payment & Delivery

M-Pesa is available for delivery to every county.
Cash on Delivery is available only in Nairobi County. For all other counties the order must be paid by M-Pesa before dispatch.
Delivery charges are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error — a wrong item, a defective product, or a Dead-on-Arrival unit.

6. Delayed, Lost or Damaged Deliveries

If your order has not arrived within 2 business days of the estimate above, contact us and we will trace it with the courier.
If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, you receive a full refund including the delivery charge, or a replacement at your choice.
Items damaged in transit are treated as Dead on Arrival — report them within 48 hours and we cover collection and replacement in full.
