Payment Terms

1. Accepted Payment Methods

Veesasolutions Ltd (trading as Veesa Solutions) accepts the following payment methods:

  • M-Pesa— Available to all customers across all 47 Kenyan counties. Payments are processed instantly via Safaricom's Daraja API.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) — Available exclusively to customers in Nairobi County. Payment is collected upon delivery of goods.

2. M-Pesa Payments

  • When you select M-Pesa as your payment method, you will receive an STK Push notification on your phone prompting you to enter your M-Pesa PIN to authorise payment.
  • You must enter your PIN within 60 seconds. If the request expires, you may initiate a new payment.
  • Upon successful payment, you will receive an M-Pesa confirmation SMS from Safaricom and an order confirmation on our website.
  • The M-Pesa receipt number (e.g., SLK4XXXXX) is recorded and linked to your order for audit and dispute resolution purposes.

🔒 Security Notice: We will NEVERask for your M-Pesa PIN, password, or OTP via phone, email, SMS, or chat. You should only enter your PIN on your phone's native M-Pesa prompt. If anyone contacts you requesting this information, it is a scam — report it to us and Safaricom immediately.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available only within Nairobi County. If your shipping address is outside Nairobi, M-Pesa is your only payment option.
  • Please have the exact amount ready. Our delivery personnel may not carry change.
  • Payment must be made to our authorised delivery personnel only, upon receipt and inspection of your goods.
  • Refusal to accept a COD order upon delivery without a valid reason (e.g., visible product defect, wrong item) may result in your account being restricted from future COD orders.
  • Goods remain the property of Veesasolutions Ltd until full payment is received and confirmed.

4. Pricing & Currency

  • All prices are quoted in Kenya Shillings (KSh) and include applicable taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • The total amount payable includes the product price plus shipping fees, which are calculated based on your county at checkout.
  • The price displayed at the time you place your order is final. We will not increase the price after order confirmation.

5. Failed & Expired Payments

Common reasons a payment may fail:

  • Insufficient M-Pesa balance: Top up your M-Pesa account and retry.
  • Request expired (timeout): You did not enter your PIN within 60 seconds. You may retry immediately.
  • Payment cancelled: You actively declined the STK Push. You may retry when ready.
  • Incorrect PIN: You entered a wrong M-Pesa PIN. Retry with the correct PIN.

No charges are applied for failed payment attempts. Your order will be held for you while you resolve the issue.

6. M-Pesa Reversals & Anti-Fraud Policy

⚠️ Important: Requesting an M-Pesa reversal from Safaricom after receiving goods constitutes fraud and is a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse and Cybercrimes Act, 2018.

  • Goods remain the property of Veesasolutions Ltd until payment is fully confirmed and settled (retention of title).
  • If you request an M-Pesa reversal after receiving your order, we will pursue recovery through legal channels, including reporting to the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI).
  • Accounts associated with fraudulent reversals will be permanently suspended.

7. Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved under our Returns & Refunds Policy:

  • M-Pesa Refunds: Sent directly to the phone number used for the original payment within 7–14 business days of approval.
  • COD Refunds: Processed via M-Pesa to your verified phone number within 7–14 business days.
  • Shipping costs are refundable only if the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product).

8. Payment Disputes

If you believe a payment was processed incorrectly or you have a billing concern:

  1. Contact our team at orders@veesasolutions.co.ke or call 0700 548177 with your order number and M-Pesa receipt.
  2. We will investigate and respond within 5 business days.
  3. If unresolved, you may escalate to Safaricom Customer Care for M-Pesa-related issues, or to the courts of Nairobi as outlined in our Terms & Conditions.
