Common reasons a payment may fail:
No charges are applied for failed payment attempts. Your order will be held for you while you resolve the issue.
⚠️ Important: Requesting an M-Pesa reversal from Safaricom after receiving goods constitutes fraud and is a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse and Cybercrimes Act, 2018.
