Veesa Solutions Ltd is a consumer electronics retailer based in Nairobi, Kenya. We are not a drop-shipper or a marketplace reseller — we operate a physical retail shop on the mezzanine floor of Bazaar Plaza on Moi Avenue in Nairobi's Central Business District, and this website sells the same stock, at the same prices, from the same counter.
You are welcome to walk in, handle a device before buying it, and speak to the same people who will handle your order if you buy online instead.
We stock smartphones, laptops and tablets from Apple, Samsung, HP, Lenovo and Dell, along with accessories for those devices.
Every product page states the item's condition. Items labelled Brand New are sealed, unused units. Items labelled Ex-UK / Pre-Owned are second-hand imports — we label them as such on the product card, in the product listing, and in the data we send to Google. We do not sell used equipment as new.
We are an independent retailer. We are not an authorised reseller of, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Apple, Samsung, HP, Lenovo, Dell, Logitech or any other manufacturer whose products we stock. We hold no distribution agreement, franchise or certification from any of them.
We buy genuine stock through the local trade and sell it under our own name. Where we show a manufacturer's logo on this site, it is to help you find that manufacturer's products in our catalogue — nothing more. All product names, brand names, logos and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
Manufacturer warranties are honoured by the manufacturer or their authorised service centre in Kenya, not by us. We provide pass-through support to help you lodge a claim, as set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Delivery to all 47 counties
By our own riders within Nairobi, and via Fargo Courier or G4S Kenya elsewhere. Delivery is charged from Ksh 300 and is never free — the exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay.
Payment on your terms
M-Pesa across the country, and Cash on Delivery within Nairobi County. We never ask for your M-Pesa PIN, password or OTP.
Orders are returnable for 14 calendar days from delivery, and faulty or Dead-on-Arrival items are collected and replaced at our cost. The full terms are in our Returns & Refunds Policy and Shipping & Delivery Policy.
